2. Digital Documentation & Certificates

The website provides access to technical documentation and digital copies of calibration certificates (e.g. for Memoconeâ„¢ CPTu probes). These are provided for informational and verification purposes. It is strictly prohibited to modify, tamper with, or digitally alter PDF documents or certificates retrieved from the website. The documentation is specific to the identified instrument and must not be transferred to other equipment.

Handling of Personal Data when Retrieving Certificates (GDPR)

To access and download digital calibration certificates, you are required to enter your email address and the serial number of the equipment. This information is processed as follows:

  • Purpose: We store and match your email address against authorised domains and customer records to verify your access rights, prevent unauthorized distribution, and maintain traceability and security around our calibration data.
  • Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest. Envi has a legitimate interest in ensuring that instrument-specific certificates are only issued to authorised parties, as well as preventing fraud and misuse.
  • Storage: Security logs and retrieval history are stored for as long as necessary to trace document access associated with the lifespan of the instrument.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, PDF documents, and the trademark Memoconeâ„¢, is the property of Envi AB and is protected by international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Envi AB shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website. We do not warrant that the PDF generation service or certificate retrieval will be uninterrupted or error-free.
